Clair was shaking in the lotus sitting position. I did aware of she was still doing the finger mudra that I taught her. The mudra was to ensure that she will not go into trance during this spiritual meditation. The energy that I have received from her was getting stronger and stronger, The energy she received from the different dimension was not so strong yet, but I believe it was the energy within herself that was reacting in her body. She starts to respond to my chant by shaking even more and lay out a loud cry out of the sudden. There was no explaination why she cried for no reason during the meditation, she could'nt even figure it out herself. All she know was a energy keep rushing to her heart area and digged out her emotion. I was told that her temper became better after the session.

During that meditation, everyone else was interupted by her sudden cried. The next person who was deeply affected was Michael. He was shaking obviously and was doing some Thai style dancing during that meditation too. I was thinking he maybe deeply get too emotional after Claire cried out loud and he was trying his best to get concentrated and he did it well indeed and end up into trance.  Desmond followed after Michael and shake his body the most than anyone else. He totally lost control of his body. It's not a good way to do meditation like this unless a well-trained teacher is next to you. Most of them are beginners for my inter-media class and does'nt know how to control yet, but once they master the skill, they will see things and still under control of their bodies like the seniors.



Part Two: Into The Lights

Some tried to get into the lights they saw durring meditation, but mostly hard. I have few students who can easily see lights during meditation. Rul and Marcus always see purple lights which contain lots of spiritual meanings. They both are suitable for vipassana meditation which contains religious meaning and self cultivation. They practice strong concentrating powers in their silent world. Unlike them Sue should practice more on traveling and connection to the other dimensions, but she always being afraid to get in tourch with the "other Beings". Like I always say,"If you would'nt contact with the spirits, how you manage to contact gods" This sentense followed by another sentense which goes:" with the understandingof all beings and soul, than you are qualified to the higher level."

I normally asked all our meditators to imagine some scenaries and lead them to the dimensions. The most common thing to see is lights. Lights of different colours somethme will tell which are the ways the person suits. Most of my students see lights. It could be in different timing and patterns and colours. Ann saw Blue Lights which means healing and that tells all 'cos she truely need plenty of healing energy for her sickness.

Ann and Clair were both vomitting after seeing strong white and blue lights while they were closing their eyes
during deep meditation that evening. Mark felt his body was burning with fire but he was not. It's actually the heat in his body when energy move in him. He openned up his eyes to check if he was caught by the fire near my altar.After realising he was not caught by fire, he was relieve but could'nt concentrate anymore. Ann and Clair's spiritual sense was strong and receive very well when I chanted during the meditation and that causes them to vomit. My chant were to open up dimiension for them to get in contact with. The strong lights they saw was the energy from the different dimensions.

We rested for awhile and continoue with 2nd sessions. This time I leaded them to a dimension with strong white lights and make everyone to wait for their guardians or protectors to appear. Some of them give up 'cos they could'nt take the strong energy from they heavenly dimension, that means they were not ready at that time. Some cliame to see gods or devas of their own and minority does'nt know who's the figure they saw. But the common thing is that everyone feel strong energy when the lights appeared. All I did was to lead everyone to a point with imagination and the rest of the path is up to one's concentrating and mind's power.

In the next meditation session, I'm gonna take everyone to " The Garden " which I created in my mind and let's see if anyone can meet me there.
